Thank you for your patience as we reschedule our spring events
A note from our director regarding our public events and programs for the spring:
Dear friends,
Your support makes the Willson Center the thriving hub of creativity and research that it is, and we take our responsibility to you with the utmost seriousness. In that light we are postponing and rescheduling all of our public events for the remainder of this spring semester.
For our faculty and graduate student colleagues, UGA’s Office of Research has launched a webpage to address many of the questions you may have regarding sustaining research activities during this unprecedented time of the Coronavirus pandemic. You’ll find it here, and thanks to the Office of Research Communications for assembling this information.
The Willson Center depends for its success on your friendship and support, which we will need more than ever in the coming weeks and months. I will be in touch regularly with updates on our people and projects, and look forward to seeing you again before too long.
The work continues to make the University of Georgia one of the nation’s leading public research institutions and we will share our innovations and insights with you as we all meet this latest challenge, as we always do. Until then please know that we are thinking of you, your families and your friends.
As always,
Nicholas Allen
